This case study explores the design of an HRM SaaS product created to centralize employee management, attendance, payroll insights, and organizational analytics. The focus was on reducing operational friction for HR teams by bringing fragmented HR tasks into a single, easy-to-navigate workspace that supports daily decision-making, workforce visibility, and long-term people management.
